At EIC we create careers rather than offering people jobs. A varied career path which can be taken to carve out an array of skill-sets and disciplines depending on the individual.
We don´t just employ engineers. Designers, project managers, estimators, IT experts and personnel managers, etc are all needed to keep the business running smoothly and efficiently. There are opportunities to work in our main office near Stratford-upon-Avon as well as on site and in our network of regional offices around the country.
Besides our open door policy we have regular staff meetings and also dispatch staff newsletters and internal newsfeeds geared at keeping the staff fully informed about what´s going on in both their office and the offices around the UK.
We work closely with the local schools and colleges to identify likely candidates for apprenticeships. Our apprentices are given a practical and theoretical grounding in their chosen trade through courses we run with our training provider the JTL Training Board. We are proud to have produced award-winning apprentices, with one of our Yorkshire trainees recently named Apprentice of the Year.
