At EIC we have a commitment to training and constantly seek to develop the capabilities and increase the competencies of our staff.

Comprehensive training records are maintained for personnel at all levels within EIC. Where a training need is identified we will endeavour to provide or obtain the necessary instruction to ensure a skill shortage does not arise in any area of our operation. We believe in working with our employees to help them reach their maximum career potential.
