EIC undertook the design and build of the mechanical and electrical services for a two storey 7,000 sq.ft. food process and production facility for Katsouris Fresh Foods Ltd.
A 25 week project which included an accelerated programme where EIC completed phased handovers.

EIC were responsible for the full design of the project, which had to be co-ordinated to allow the specific Client detailing to be incorporated into the scheme in a timely manner, to ensure each section of the contract was completed in line with the Main Contractors requirements.
Katsouris Fresh Foods Ltd provide food process services for food retailers including Tesco and Marks & Spencer. The production facility operates 20 hours a day with orders placed on a "just in time" system.
During the design stage, great consideration was made in respect of the reliability and ease of maintenance to ensure minimum down time and disruption to the production cycle. Rigorous cleaning regimes were also employed during the installation to aid the commissioning accelerating the handover of the facility.
